For nearly two decades we owned an exclusive modern architectural masterpiece in the Southern California mountains. After completing a major renovation, we decided to list the house. Our timing couldn't have been worse with high end real estate spiraling downward, doubly so for second homes. Nothing had sold over a million dollars in seven years. Undaunted, we established a marketing strategy that focused on Hollywood and the LA media scene, with secondary markets all the way to China. When an internationally renown musician purchased the house at an historically record price for the area, it sparked a wave of high-end mountain home sales, driving up the entire market. It also sparked us to pool our talents into building an upscale real estate marketing arm in South Riverside and North San Diego counties.
